"I enjoy fishing with my son Tim and son-in-law Jim Strenski and my grand-children.  I do it more for relaxation than results.  That is probably why my family affectionately refers to my fishing as a bait disposal project.

"I have gotten my exercise by bicycling for years through the neighborhood and along our wonderful linear parks.  A couple of years ago, Ann and I took a five day bike trip though the Hudson River Valley which was a great way to see the area and exercise at the same time.  We biked fifty or more miles a day but the food was so good that I gained three pounds.

"Ann has been running for more than ten years.  A few years ago, I decided to surprise her by training for and running the 500 Mini Marathon without telling her.  She runs it every year.  I met her at the finish line area with the medal around my neck and she couldn’t believe it.  Since then, I have
